Event Types
Tournaments
Whether down the street or across the country, Flare members travel to inclusive tournaments all over bringing our inclusive spirit and competitive edge with us.
Community Skates
Half the ice time will be for stick-and-puck practice, followed by a fun, casual game. Open to 2SLGBTQ+ folks and allies—everyone is welcome to skate, play, and connect in a supportive space. Just bring skates, a helmet, and a stick. Free coffee and doughnuts included!
Social Events
Join us as we host community events such as PWHL watch parties, Activate takeovers, and even occasionally shred the mountain at Lake Louise or Sunshine Village.

Western Cup Hockey Tournament
In partnership with Apollo Sports, Calgary Flare and Calgary Inclusive Hockey Association host teams from across North America for a weekend full of inclusive hockey. Hosted over Easter weekend, watch for registration January 2026!
Seattle Pride Classic
Welcome to the Seattle Pride Classic 2025, pres. by Symetra, the largest and most inclusive LGBTQ+ hockey tournament in the world!
From fast-paced action on the ice to legendary community vibes off of it, this is hockey like you’ve never experienced before. Are you ready to make history?
