Player Registration
Registration for the 2026–2027 winter season is now open.
Each season, returning players are given priority registration. Any available roster spots are then filled from our new player registrations based on team needs and available openings.
If a roster spot is not immediately available, new players will be added to our waitlist (Orbit). Orbit members are the first to be invited to substitute for games, attend community events, and connect with the Calgary Flare community while waiting for a permanent roster spot.

Scholarship Program
The Calgary Inclusive Hockey Association understands that the cost of playing hockey can be a barrier for many.
Thanks to the support of our community partners, we offer scholarships covering 15% to 50% of annual fees. If you’d like to apply, simply submit a scholarship application along with your deposit for a roster spot.
If you're awarded a scholarship, you’ll have seven days from the decision date to either confirm your spot or request a full refund of your deposit.
